Members of the French Olympic team competed at a friendly in France at the end of June between the Swiss, Spanish and French. This was where Belgian star Julie Crocket injured her ACL and was forced to withdraw from the Olympics. Some videos have appeared from the competition.
Also competing at this event were the Swiss Olympic gymnast Giulia Steingruber and Spain’s Maria Paula Vargus.
It’s always great to get a look at the gymnasts ahead of the Olympic Games. The French team of Mira Boumejmajen, Manon Cormoreche, Youna Dufournet, Anne Kuhm, Aurélie Malaussena and Sophia Serseri will compete at the friendly in Bucharest, Romania this weekend. Also competing will be Giulia Steingruber and Gaelle Mys who is Julie Crocket’s Olympic replacement.
