Julie Crocket injured & withdraws from Olympic Games


Gymnastics fans from the International Gymnast forum link to information which indicates an injured Julie Crocket. The Belgian star who only last week earned her countries single Olympic Berth, was competing in France at the weekend at a friendly competition between the Swiss, Spanish and French. Giulia Steingruber, Maria Paula Vargas and Anne Kuhm competed also.

A Dutch news outlet reports that Crocket is likely to miss the Olympics since sustaining a knee injury, indicating cruciate ligament, at the weekends competition. The below video shows Crocket injuring her leg during the floor exercise. More information as it comes.
