The 28th South East Asian Games will take place June 5th – 16th in Singapore, with Artistic Gymnastics kicking off June 6th – 10th. Eight nations will compete across RHY, MAG and WAG: Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
The event takes places every 2 years with the 2013 edition held in Myanmar. In a controversial decision, gymnastics was excluded from the 2013 Games. Many medal winners from the 2011 SEA Games will return to compete this year to defend their titles, including All Around gold medallists Phan Thi Ha Thanh (WAG) and Rartchawat Kaewpanya (MAG).
