This is a hugely exciting week in the world of gymnastics, come Sunday, the USA will have named their Men’s and Women’s Olympic teams and granted 10 Olympic dreams in the Artistic Gymnastics field. The winner of the Women’s All Around competition will automatically qualify to London. The four remaining athletes and up to three alternates will be decided by the selection committee. These can be All Around gymnasts or Apparatus Specialists. Read the full Olympic Games qualifications rules for USA Gymnastics here – any gymnasts who do not compete at trials cannot petition to become a member of the Olympic Team.

Too bad it’s not available for users outside the US. I understand that it has something to do with broadcast rules, but let us pay for it or something! There are so many gymnstics fans outside the USA who are so exited to see some gymnastics… Do you know if the full competition will be uploaded afterwards online?
How are the women’s competitions taking 2 hours in US time and 3 hours GMT????
