Simon Gale from Tolworth Gymnastics Club contacted Full Twist with Ireland’s first new move the “Behan” which is to be submitted to the FIG for evaluation in the Code of Points.
What would you rate it is? The FIG think it should be rated as a “B”, the same as a straight back somersault. What do you think of Kieran Behan’s move? Leave a comment below.
Thanks for sharing Simon.

Should be a C !
should be a C for sure!
This is not a new move, it’s been around for years. Its name is “corkscrew” aka “cork”. Its common in tricking, and capoeira guys also do it.
new to gymnastics.
