Which to change? Scoring System or Age limit

The Economist posted an interesting article on artistic gymnastics at the Olympic Games. The article looks into the ages of the All Around Olympic Champions from the past and states that Olympic Champions Nadia Comaneci and Tatiana Gutsu would not have won the All Around title, let alone taken part in the Olympic Games should the lowered age limit rule have been in place during their time as gymnasts.

We’ve heard this question time and time again about reducing the minimum age but personally I mostly enjoyed the data shown in the graph showing the ages of the All Around Olympic Champions throughout the years.

Read the article and share your opinion on it in the comments below. Reduce the age limit or change the Code of Points? I’m currently gathering my thoughts.
