Nope. It was obviously a fall, that silver should have gone to GB.
As awesome as Uchimura is, that was a missed dismount. They were wrong to re-reward the .7. GB deserved that silver and Ukraine the bronze. Shame on the gymnastics judges.
Obviously a fall? Please … Judges reviewed the routine 10 times and I’m sure they are more knowledgeable than the general public.

Since I am not a judge, nor do I have experiance in judging gymnastics… I can not say one way or the other, except as a personal belief.
I did not agree that he completed the handstand. The commentators also did not believe he completed the required element. What is done is done. But I can see this being an issue talked about for years to come.
If that was a dismount it was the ugliest dismount I’ve ever seen! His legs were all over the place right before which would make one lose their balance! Obviously the Olympic judges didn’t want to cause an issue, but this is the UGLIEST move I’ve ever seen in gymnastics!
Hell to the no.
