Alicia performed amazingly last night. Since coming back from her Achilles surgery her vaults are better than ever. I am sad that she was not named an alternate and also that I didn’t get to see her compete floor once more. An incredible gymnast.

I think Sacramone should have been on the team- or at least the alternate. She came in second on both vault and bars. That counts for a lot, I think.
i agree she should have been atleast an alternate… she could have provided leadership and experience that the team is lacking
I agree that she should have at least been an alternate. This beam routine bugs me though because I hate the part where she goes down to the beam and puts her chin on it and then doesn’t even really do a full split. It adds nothing and looks weird and schlumpy.
