Tweet We are all aware that next year is a huge year for gymnastics with the London 2012 Olympic Games beginning in exactly a years time. Today the FIG released the proposed calender of events for FIG World Cup & Series the 2012 – 2013 gymnastics season.
We can look forward to the following events:
As well as the London 2012 Olympics (July 28th – August 7th), WAG Euopean Championships in Brussels May 8th – 13th and the MAG European Championships in Montpellier May 21st – 27th.

Read the full story »Tweet As previously posted, the European Youth Olympic Festival will take place this month in Trazbon, Turkey. Artistic Gymnastics scheduled for July 24th – July 29th. At 2009 EYOF in Tampere, the Russians dominated the competition with the fantastic Viktoria Komova. A year later Viktoria became the first Youth Olympic Games champion in Singapore.
