Commonwealth Games Silver and Gold medalist Luke Folwell talks to the Telegraph about his time at school.
How did your career develop at school?
My two older brothers did gymnastics – my middle brother competed for Great Britain – and both my parents were involved on the coaching side, so it was a natural progression, really.
I just followed them into the gym, from the age of four. I can remember my first days doing gymnastics, with classes on the floor, and jumping into the foam pit and doing general co-ordination. The classes were pretty structured and by the age of seven or eight I was in the elite team.
