A quick round up of the latest reports:


  • New Zealand, Scotland and Canada have all delayed their trips to Dehli.
  • England will travel and Wales are due to make their decision this morning.
  • Games chief Michael Fennell is due in Delhi for emergency talks today.
  • The athletes’ village  is due to open today but is still unfinished.
  • 1,000 extra people have been sent into the village to help clear up due to reports of flooding, toilets that leak or do not flush, and stray dogs sleeping on some beds.
  • Two New Zealand officials are in Delhi and will report later today about the situation.
  • Two Canadian athletes withdraw from the Games amid safety fears

Come on Dehli get yourselves together!

    I can see a lot the athletes ending up staying in hotels.
