The great FanGymnastics blog links to a video of Larisa Iordache training an Amanar vault and Sandra Izbasa training a Cheng vault. Fantastic for Romania! A “Cheng” was a vault first performed by Cheng Fei at the 2005 World Championships – a round-off a half-turn 1½ somersault with a 540-degree turn in a straight body position. The Cheng carries a D-score of 6.5 under the current CoP.
