Like Irish Olympian Kieran Behan, many Irish male gymnasts train in English clubs yet still compete for Ireland due to their family roots. As it goes, if they are eligible of an Irish passport they are eligible to compete for Ireland. The gymnasts are also affiliated with gymnastics clubs in Ireland.   Other gymnasts such as Chris O’Connor and Anthony O’Donnell also compete in Tolworth Gymnastics Club alongside Kieran. In the Junior competition, Irish National Junior Squad member Jack Neill took the competition by storm. In the guests scoring lists Jack scored top marks.
