He explains that his ACL injury may have in fact been a blessing in disguise and it may contribute to helping him win gold at the London 2012 Olympic Games. As a good AA gymnast, Keatings says he is planning to try to deter expected winner, Kohei Uchimura from retaining his title.

Coach Alison McMullan on Sophie McCoo’s selection to represent Ireland at the World Championships in Tokyo this October.
