Earlier today Beth Tweddle linked to this video on her Facebook fan page. Click here to see a video of BBC radio DJ Chris Evans attempting to do gymnastics at the Heathrow Gymnastics Club. He tries out Trampoline, Beam, Vault, Floor, Loop Bar and P Bars.
