Waveney Gymnastics Club – pre London 2012 Training Camp Venue

Waveney Gymnastics Club is so far the only sports club in North Suffolk to win selection as part of the pre-London 2012 Training Camp – meaning its facilities will be on offer to international teams as they prepare ahead of the games.

Waveney Gymnastics Club are delighted to announce their inclusion in the London 2012 Pre-Games Training Camp Guide.

All of your teams requirements and needs will be met from the moment of your arrival to the moment of your departure, offering a bespoke package to ensure that your preparations with us deliver maximum performance.

Hosting experience:In 2009 the club held very successful Pre World Championships Training Camps for the Canadian and British National M. A. teams.

The club also hosts the M.A.G. Elite Performance Squad Summer Camp , as well as hosting Training Camps for the Scottish Women’s and Men’s National Squad.
In 2010 Waveney Gymnastics Club will also host the B.G. National Veterans Championship.
British Gymnastics National Coach Barry Collie said ‘We have had an absolutely brilliant week. The facilities are great, accomodation and food has been excellent. It is a great place for camps, I hope we come again!’

Scott Hann from South Essex Gymnastics Club added ‘ We have had an excellent week, and have been well looked after.
