London 2012 Results: Women’s Qualification

AyzhdcGCAAAZ_Ns

I was lucky to be in the North Greenwich Arena for Subdivision 3 and 4 yesterday. Watching these gymnasts perform, fighting for a place in the finals was incredible. I met some lovely gymnast along the way – Jessica Gil Ortiz, Gaelle Mys, Giulia Steingruber and Erika Fasana to name but a few!

I found the amount of empty seating disgraceful, not so empty as it had been for the Men’s competition. I know so mnay genuine gymnastics fans who would kill for tickets. Also the press area was not full either, as a blogger, I also know many who would have loved to be there covering the event.
