If Gabby had stayed on the beam she would have had it! Sad, I think Jordyn’s great but Gabby is so much more exciting somehow.
Its what ifs; Christian. She fell that’s part of the game. If jordyn fell everyone would be crying foul. Gabby got gifts too . Especially on bb her bars were overscored. I due agree jordyns bb was overscored. But your point is. Jordyn could have done better too. She is a rock. I believe aly is the only one more consistant than jordyn.
@ Christian: Gabby did what Gabby has done in the past she let the pressure or her nerves get to her. I think Gabby is a great Gymnast but I think Jordyn Wieber is the best hopes for Olympic Gold in the All Around. Pac Rim 2012, Visa 2011 & 2012 support what i’m saying about Gabby, she crumbles and lets it all get into her head. I knew she wasn’t going to beat Jrdyn after day one. John said it best “It’s easier when you’re doing the chasing and not the one everyone is chasing.” Jordyn needed something to push her and Gabby did that.
The whole competition was overscored in my opinion, exspecially Gabby, At least Jordyn Aly Maroney and co have scored roughly the same at a international competition. Yet Gabbys score day 2 was 3.5 points higher then she has every scored at an international competition. Thats a hugh difference in gymnastics, the judges at olympics wont be nearly as kind.
