Great Britain win the Women’s European Silver

1 May 2010 No Comment

Congratulations Team GB for a fantastic European Gymnastics Championships! The women’s team won the silver medal at the European Championships today. I’ve read a lot of reports and reviews from the competition but my favorite has got to be from BBC Sports Ollie Williams who I often link to. I’ve been following Ollie’s tweets during the week and it seems that he has really fallen in love with gymnastics. His report oozes of pride and sheer delightment.

For those in the UK and Ireland who don’t have access to use the “Red Button”, BBC 2 will be showing extended highlights from the competition from 1pm – 2.15pm on Tuesday. I can’t wait to see them!

Best of luck in the individual apparatus tomorrow Ladies!
