Geddert: USA Olympic Head Coach

Personal Coach to 2011 All around World Champion Jordyn Wieber, John Geddert has been selected as the Women’s USA Olympic Head Coach. I reckon he’ll do a good job bringing the girls to gold. He announced on Facebook:

It is with the greatest sense of pride and honor that I announce being named the HEAD COACH for the USA Gymnastics Olympic Team. Normally I would make some snide comment here but in reality I am simply stunned and humbled. Oh what a feeling! GO USA!

Jenny Zhang, coach of Kyla Ross, was named the assistant coach for the U.S. women’s Olympic Team.
